When the Package Is the Product
Crest Botanicals makes small-batch skincare for people who know what they want. Their packaging needed to match that directness: zero decoration, no apology, just the truth of the thing. We designed a system anchored in single-color letterpress printing, embossed paper stocks, and a typographic grid tight enough to carry the entire shelf presence with no illustration.
The color story is grounded in the botanicals themselves — sage, clay, and natural flax — applied consistently across 14 SKUs. We worked directly with the printer to spec materials that age well and feel right in hand. Unboxing was designed as a moment rather than an afterthought.
