Use of the Services

By contracting the services of Fon Circle, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. The services are intended exclusively for professional use and are aimed at brands, companies, and individuals who require consulting in strategic design, visual identity, web development, or graphic production. The client agrees to provide accurate information and the materials necessary for the project’s development within the agreed-upon deadlines.

2. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, designs, files, and deliverables developed by Fon Circle remain the exclusive property of the studio until full payment has been received. Once payment is complete, the client receives the commercial usage rights to the delivered materials as defined in the proposal. Fon Circle reserves the right to include the work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless an express confidentiality agreement is in place.

3. Payment and Billing

Projects require a 50% initial deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. For multi-phase projects, payments are structured according to the schedule detailed in the proposal. Payments are non-refundable once the deliverables for the corresponding phase have been completed.

4. Reviews and Scope

Each project includes two rounds of structured review. Additional reviews outside the agreed-upon scope are quoted separately. Any substantial change to the original brief—including new objectives, formats, or audiences not previously considered—is considered an expansion of scope and requires a new proposal or addendum. Fon Circle reserves the right to reject requests that contradict the principles of the agreed-upon brief.

5. Disclaimer

Fon Circle shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business, delays caused by the client’s failure to deliver materials, or business results arising from the use of the deliverables. Forma Methods’ maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project in question.
